Tangible Contact with Nature

"Birds singing on the banks of the narrow streams, trees smell, branches creaking, insects humming, feet shuffling through needle-like road, animal scents, earthy smell..."

Tangible contact with nature: it is not about fabricating proficiency, it is all about courage, patience, challenge and enigma.

Experiencing wild nature is powerful incentive for me to learn new things now. Being alone in the profound forest, being all alone at the edge of the mountain can set us off on the path that changes the way we think ourselves, our purpose in life, and the way we live our lives.

Nature brought me into direct contact with the elements-earth, air, water, and water. It unclothes the means we have developed to protect ourselves from their impact. It ameliorates my strength, confidence and self-determination.

Hiking the mountains has become favorite thing for me now. I solely hike alone and I like it the most. Its an opportunity to know the nature in a good way. At the same time, I love to make memories with the nature and the memories with nature are like now spurs of the moment.

With an increased urbanization, the difference between our lifestyle and those of our evolutionary past is now a distant apart. Humans now, are busy in materialistic world and they have no time for nature. Unlike my ordinary life, I can't afford big expenses holidays. So, I escape from bustle of the city and go away to the quiet of the country most of my weekend.

Hiking, a walk in the mountains or woods frees my mind and its an evidence that nature actually soothes the savage beast.

Forest bathing has improved my physical health through
-spending time in the fresh air increases energy levels
-regular opportunities for physical exercises
-relaxing nervous system by being in calm, natural environment
-increasing stamina and fitness.

So, to sum it up, it has longitudinal benefits on us.

Rolwaling Valley Trek

Aspiring climbers, seeking adventures and opportunities to test their strength and skill, attempt to penetrate the Himalayan wilderness and push their limits to reach the summits. However, the grandest excursion of all to be made hereabouts is to the heart of the Himalayas, covered with icy crowns. Those towering peaks laden with glaciers that are terribly roughened and interrupted by crevasses and ice cliffs are very high, which render comparisons with our own height meaningless. Only good climbers should attempt to gain the summit, led by a sherpa of proven nerve and endurance. Well-established mountain, forest, and river trails wind down the mighty Tamakoshi River to the place where our trek was for, Rolwaling Valley. © Bikesh Deshar Rolwaling, a remote mountain valley at an altitude of 4000 meters, lies northeast of Kathmandu, near the Tibetan border and to the west of the Khumbu region.  The Rolwaling Valley in the Gaurisankar Conservation Area stands as a tribute to the maje...

Soloing Manaslu, The Beast

Manaslu, it's beauty and desolation with the blessings and dangers to test the endurance and skills of adventurous climbers; but far better than climbing the killer mountain of the world, is going around its warm, fertile base, enjoying it's bounties like a bee circling around a bank of flowers. The distance is about a hundred miles and so, and will take some of the time, we hear so much about- a week or two- but the benefits will compensate for any number of weeks. Perhaps the profession of doing good may be full, everybody should be kind at least to himself. Take a good course of water and air, and in the eternal youth of Nature, you may renew your own. Go quietly, alone; no harm will befall you. Some have strange, morbid fears as soon as they find themselves with Nature, even in the kindest and wildest of her solitudes, like very sick children afraid of their mother—as if God were dead and the devil were king. Day 1. With the feeling of being into the wild nature for a while...

Set Free in The Wild

Set Free in The Wild 1. Each day seems so happy If we live our life full of wonder. And here I am with an urge To pack my backpacks and hit the bleary trails. Through patience which I built with time And lavishly grown inside my heart To be set free in the wild. 8. Nature is always an unerring cradle of inspiration. However, I was compelled and waited too long indoors. With an audacious call, I now breakdown the walls. Filtering my thoughts and emotions----- I put my boots on and shed my old skin too To walk away from the neonside of the asphalt jungle And just to be set free in the wild. 15. To know how it feels; "To be set free in the wild" I follow the sunlight as it falls on hills and meadows. I lie on the moors, gaze up the sky and say: Let my mind expand into its commodious, Let an infinite sky awake a sky inside my mind. I sit right by the river and mingle with its ceaseless flow. Moreover, I stand by the waterfall to purify my soul with its hea...
